Hotel & Venue Accommodations

The event is being held at the Grand Summit Lodge in Park City, Utah. We have secured a special group rate for the nights of November 16th, 17th, and 18th.

  • Booking Deadline: Please reserve your room via phone call or our booking link by November 16th to secure this rate.

  • Book Online: Utilize our Direct Booking Link in order to easily book your stay online.

  • Book by Phone: Call the dedicated group reservation line at (855) 948-0697 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT. Reference the event name SEDI Summit or the event code BPCSED26 to ensure you receive the event rate.

If you are tax exempt, please bring your tax exemption documents to the hotel front desk to show upon check-in, where they can remove taxes from your booking.

Arrival Flights & Ground Transit

When to arrive: We advise flying into Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) on November 16th.

Getting to the Lodge: The venue is roughly 35 - 45 minutes from the airport. Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are readily available at the SLC airport arrivals terminal for rides up to Park City.

Departure Flights & Return Shuttles

When to depart: Please arrange your flight out of SLC for the afternoon or evening of November 19th.

Complimentary Return Shuttles: To get you back to the airport, we will provide two complimentary departure shuttles leaving the Grand Summit Lodge main lobby on November 19th at 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

For Local & Driving Attendees

On-Site Venue Parking

If you are driving to the Grand Summit Lodge daily or staying overnight with a vehicle, you can park directly at the venue:

  • Self-Parking: $25/day

  • Valet Parking: $50/day

Alternative Free Parking Options

To avoid on-site parking fees, you can utilize Park City’s free park-and-ride lots, which connect directly to the venue via public transit:  

  • Ecker Hill Park & Ride: Located just off I-80 (Jeremy Ranch exit). You can park here for free and take the High Valley Transit 10X (The High Line) or the 101 Spiro bus directly to Canyons Village/Grand Summit Lodge. Buses run frequently throughout the day. 

  • Richardson Flat Park & Ride: Another free city lot offering connecting transit lines directly to the resort area.

Other Useful Information

Weather
November in Park City brings the potential for winter conditions. The resort sits at 6,800+ feet and snow is likely. We advise attendees to check the forecast, pack accordingly, and bring a warm coat.

Getting Around Park City
The Park City Transit system is 100% free. In order to take advantage of the beautiful sites surrounding the resort rental cars and Ubers are not necessary. Just hop on the free city bus right outside the lodge and take advantage of the incredible restaurants and shopping of Historic Main Street and more.

Check-in/Check-out Times
To assist you in planning your arrival and departure, the Grand Summit Lodge’s standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.
