Business casual, and since the Summit falls in November, we recommend dressing warm and winter-appropriate as well.

We will have our online reservation live shortly. In the meantime, you can call the dedicated group reservation line at (855) 948-0697 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT. Reference the event name SEDI Summit or the event code BPCSED26 to ensure you receive the event rate.
Deadlines for hotel reservations is October 16th to secure the group rate. -
On-Site Venue Parking
If you are driving to the Grand Summit Lodge daily or staying overnight with a vehicle, you can park directly at the venue:
Self-Parking: $25/day
Valet Parking: $50/day
Alternative Free Parking Options
To avoid on-site parking fees, you can utilize Park City’s free park-and-ride lots, which connect directly to the venue via public transit:
Ecker Hill Park & Ride: Located just off I-80 (Jeremy Ranch exit). You can park here for free and take the High Valley Transit 10X (The High Line) or the 101 Spiro bus directly to Canyons Village/Grand Summit Lodge. Buses run frequently throughout the day.
Richardson Flat Park & Ride: Another free city lot offering connecting transit lines directly to the resort area.
